Pear and Peach

Method
Step 1
Place pear into a small saucepan, just cover with water and poach over a low heat for approx. 6 minutes.
Step 2
Drain cooked pear.
Step 3
Blend pear and peach with 20ml of water until smooth.

- 60g Pear, peeled, cored & diced
- 50g Peach, peeled, de-stoned & diced
- 20ml Water
