Apple, Banana and Mango
- RECIPE MAKES: 11 Ice Cubes
- PREP TIME: 5-10 minutes
- COOK TIME: 5 minutes
Method
Step 1
Place apple in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook over a low heat cook for approx. 5 minutes or until tender, then drain off water and leave to cool.
Step 2
Place cooked apple, mango, banana and 20ml of water into blender.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.

- 50g Banana, ripe, peeled & diced
