Apple

Method
Step 1
Place apple into a small pan with 30ml of water.
Step 2
Cook over a low heat for approx. 5 minutes, until soft, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Blend cooked apple until smooth.
This recipe is freezable!
Top Tip:
Eat or freeze immediately to prevent discolouring.
