Meal Planning

Being prepared at meal times

As your child gets older and you need to be organised at meal times, you may find it helpful to use a meal planner.

This way, you can plan meals and snacks in advance to help with your weekly shopping or complete it as you go to keep track of what your child is eating.

Copies of the meal planner can be printed directly from this website and stuck to a fridge or cupboard door for quick reference.

Below we have shown you how to complete one day on the meal planner. This example is based on a child aged around 10 months, who is on 4 exchanges per day.

Alternatively, if you go back to ‘Meal Times’, you can also find the planner under the ‘Meal planner template’ circle to find it easier next time. Click on the image below to download.
